Overall experience was excellent from staff, place and location

There was nothing we didn't like

Beautiful place in a peaceful, idyllic setting. Pastika was very helpful and arranged a dive master, boat and lunch for a day of diving/snorkeling.

The food was generally served cold and over cooked. A number of items on the menu weren't available.

The location is like paradise. The reef in front of the resort is marvelous; you see so many different fish and also turtles. The water villa’s are luxury and very enjoyable. The staff very friendly and helpful. Especially Farhan needs to be mentioned. He really understands what service is. They organized a scooter for us to explore the island. About the trips they are very honest and tell you what to expect or not to expect. We really appreciated that. Laundry service was fast and good. Pastika managed all well and very approachable.

It’s an excellent place close to paradise. Maybe a friendly sign ‘don’t step on the corals’ could be a good way to protect the beautiful house reef.

Il posto perfetto per rilassarsi e fare snorkeling. È possibile noleggiare scooter per esplorare l’isola, e il resort propone anche diverse attività. La cucina è ottima e il servizio è stato eccezionale, in particolare Fikri è stato gentilissimo e sempre con il sorriso! Assolutamente raccomandato!

Solo una piccola nota: l’ultima sera c’erano diversi bambini, anche se normalmente Booking indica che si tratta di un resort per soli adulti. Per noi non è stato un problema, ma vale la pena saperlo.

Food was not so great, the options were a bit monotonous

The property is in a little corner of paradise, 10' away from the main village of the island where the harbour is. The room was beautiful, with a stunning patio on the sea. The staff took very good care of us and wa salways available to help out or give recommendations on what to do. Trnasportation to and from mainland was kindly organized by the property, with the manager going above and beyond to assist us on the way back. Food was provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as snacks in the middle of the day. As the meals are quite sizeable, I would recommend to specify when one isn't very hungry.

En general el hotel está muy bien dirigido y el personal es profesional y atento. La situación es privilegiada, la comodidad de las habitaciones y la atención en la recepción y en el bar y restaurante son a tener en cuenta.

Me gusto todo solo echo en falta en la habitación una televisión y quizá una zona de gimnasio.

En general todo, desde la atención de la dirección y recepción hasta la profesionalidad y amabilidad del personal de limpieza y del restaurante bar. Las vistas excepcionales y la calidad de las habitaciones muy buena

Falta algún servicio extra como un gimnasio o un spa y también se echa en falta televisión en la habitación
