A lovely place with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was decent, although the variety was somewhat limited, so it's best suited for guests who are not expecting an extensive selection. As a family, we especially enjoyed the swimming pool. While it is relatively small, it was perfect for Langkawi's warm weather, and our kids had a wonderful time swimming and playing there. One feature we truly appreciated was the complimentary water refill station, which allowed guests to refill their bottles instead of purchasing water outside. It's a thoughtful and environmentally friendly amenity that deserves recognition. We were also impressed by the hotel's willingness to accommodate our luggage after checkout. Small gestures like this reflect their commitment to guest comfort and service. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the hospitality extended to our family.

While we did not encounter any major issues, there were occasionally some worms, flies, and small insects, particularly in the bathroom area. Given that the property is surrounded by lush greenery and many trees, this is somewhat understandable. The swimming pool was generally well maintained and enjoyable; however, due to the abundance of trees around it, we occasionally noticed leaves, dust, and small insects in the water. While this may be difficult to avoid completely in such a natural setting, more frequent cleaning and monitoring of the pool area would further enhance the guest experience. Overall, the natural surroundings add to the charm of the property, but a little extra attention to cleanliness would make the stay even more comfortable.

La cama no era muy comoda, habia muchas hormigas en el wc, y depende de quien te toque de huésped.. se escucha todo. Ya que las habitaciones dan a la zona común y depende de la educación de la gente podràs descansar más o menos.
