Swimming pool and the view!

The place could only be better if they offered breakfast but that was minor aspect

Its always nice to welcome you with smile and good vibes,. Very kind and helpful owner. He has built something amazing on top of the hill. Don't worry about the uphill road. The view and the facilities are totally worth it. He has paid attention to every single detail in and out of the villa. Fresh coffee in the morning, high water pressure, everything was shinning like new, welcome gift, your own swing to enjoy the view, amazing three stage pools, hand crafted beds with excellent matresses, the kindest cleaners, vegetable garden to pick your own bio tomatoes, zuccini and more, quiet and peaceful. This is what summer is all about!!!

We booked a room that was advertised with Garden view! However, the room didn’t even have a window that could be opened nor daylight. There was no fan in the bathroom and the moistness of the shower would spread into the bedroom causing respiratory irritation. We paid a lot of money for something that was non existent.

Outstanding Resort, magnificent landscape, perfect set up for a quiet and pleasant vacation! Perfect combination for vacation and adventure, sea and mountain. It's a must for every western holiday maker to book at least one in life! Will definitely be not disappointed! Many thanks to Andrea which is taking care of every guest!

Nothing related to the property! The island infrastructure is out dated, and was quite surprisingly bad. In the port center of the city, except the main road which looks like it was done sometimes in 1980', the other secondary roads look like 1960' rural Albania. The lack of parking places in central areas makes it almost impossible for a car ride for lunch or dinner. What they call "parking places" are some pieces of raw land with huge and deep holes, covered with 2 cm dust, looking like Moon landscape. The disrespect and contempt of local authorities toward holiday makers is an understatement!

The location is absolutely breathtaking. Very well thought patios, gardens, hide-outs, amenities, overall cleanliness and excellent assistance from the owner. (This was really 5 star) All requests immediately taken care of. Vegetables garden - excellent idea!

The small villas don’t have their own pool and the common pool is a baby pool. Facilities, furbishment - nice and clean - but there is place for improvement. 4x4 required for accessing the place.
