Ma chambre prenait l'eau par le toit est l'eau coulé sur mon lit le geste du patron remise sur ma note final 6 euros ridicules sur la réservation il y a un bar dans la piscine il était fermé pendant notre séjour publicité mensongère

Great location, nice pool, friendly staff, large safe, got a different pillow since ours was way too high/big. Overall clean except for some details. Laundry service worked perfectly. Felt totally safe. Fresh orange juice upon request for breakfast. Possibility to get breakfast early if you want to go diving for example.

The room was very dark and needs renovation. Parts of the ceiling and closet interior are coming off. The restaurant was quite bad. The food was dry, the breakfast options sound good but are way below expectations for a hotel such as this. The coffee is quite bad. The pool bar was closed for 3 out of 4 days we were there and one day the pool wasn't properly cleaned. The shower in front of the pool has too little water coming out to actually shower after the pool or a dip in the ocean. The pillows are way too high and hard to sleep comfortably and the bed is also very hard.

Very good location, great breakfast, lovely room, lovely pool and staff who could not have done more to make our stay a brilliant one - special thanks to Mitfh who was so welcoming, kind and brilliant at his job he helped make our holiday the best organising all that we wanted including activities we had a great time.

Nous avons tout apprécié

This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Unggul. The rooms are very spacious, it has a great pool and is right on the beach where you can walk across the road and swim with turtles. There are enough things around you to find places to eat but not so far into the center of town where it can be quite busy and noisy. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. We really like Villa Unggul and will probably stay here again next year.

Rooms can be a bit dark, so maybe better lighting in the main room.
