Nyepi Laut is a day of silence on the ocean celebrated each year in the waters surrounding Nusa Lembongan. It is a day of prayer, meditation, and celebration of the ocean, which means complete silence in the waters. No boats and no water activities. Abiding by the Nyepi Laut rules is a legal requirement for all people in Nusa Lembongan, and the local authorities will reprimand those who do not. If you plan to get to the island or leave by boat, you will need to make changes to your booking. We would love for you to stay with us during this time, and we apologize if it does cause any inconvenience to your holiday plans, but unfortunately, this is out of our control. We are looking forward to having you stay. ====================================================================== The Nyepi Day celebration is on March 19th, 2026. It is a day of silence celebrated each year in Indonesia, mainly in Bali and the Nusa Islands. It is a day of prayer, meditation, and complete silence. Abiding by the Nyepi rules is a legal requirement for all people in Bali and on the Nusa Islands, and the local authorities will reprimand those who do not abide. The Aqua Nusa Group will still take bookings during this period; however, the authorities enforce some rules that our guests must abide by. - No check-in or check-out during the Nyepi period - No boats will be traveling to or from the island - Guests must not go outside their villa or room - No electricity will be provided to the island - Water will be turned off, and you won’t be working in your room - Ohana’s restaurant will not be open - There will be no room service offered and no staff available - The Indonesian Government will turn off some 3G services. The only exception to these rules is if you need urgent medical assistance.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Relaxing, fulfilling, completely different to our everyday life."

Location was amazing, so to were the rooms and the beds and pillows so comfy. The service from all the staff was impeccable 😊. We also loved the touch of turning down the bedding and fresh water and treats every evening. we will definitely be coming back.

Food was a little more expensive, but it was lovely

"Tolle Lage und gutes Restaurant aber die Zimmer leider unterirdisch für den Preis."

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, das Personal zuvorkommend und sehr viel Personal welches auch ganz gut organisiert ist. Die Lage des Hotels und die Möglichkeit Schnorcheltrips und Transfer übers Hotel zu organisieren lief wirklich super. Musik wurde in der Regel bis 21Uhr gespielt danach nicht mehr. Die Betten sind etwas härter aber wir haben als Seitenschläfer dort trotzdem gut geschlafen. All in all hatten wir eine gute Zeit dort.

Unser Zimmer war sehr runtergekommen. Schimmel in der Dusche Klospülung ging nicht wirklich richtig. Abfluss der Dusche war auch verstopft und das Wasser hat sich gestaut. Da es sonst toll war, könnte man bei einem günstigen Hotel vielleicht darüber hinwegsehen. Aber da die Preise selbst für Nusa Lembongan sehr hoch sind auch im Restaurant, bitte liebes Hotel nehmt euch ein Beispiel an eurem eigenen Restaurant auf diesem Level sollten auch die Zimmer sein wenn man ein Premium Resort sein möchte.

Staff are lovely! The room was very comfortable and general vibe is really nice, despite it being a very busy place.

Be aware that lots of people come in daily as its a beach club and people staying and paying hotel get no benefits other than save on a very low daily minimum spend. One drink hits the spend so the hotel is full of people not staying. Lots of children, so if you want peace and quiet, look elsewhere.

"Relax resort"

Relax resort aan de zee. Via de straat door een lange brede gang loop je naar resort. Koffers worden opgehaald door scooterwagentje. Mooie ruime kamers. 2x per dag roomservice. Ochtend schoonmaak en middag water en iets lekker of wat je nog nodig hebt. Fijn zwembad, het was niet druk. Voldoende bedden en ligbanken.

Wifi is slecht, weinig bereik. Honden (met of zonder halsband) die lopen over het resort. Verlicht in gangetje vanaf de straat mag beter.

I had a really lovely stay at Ohana’s. I arrived early and had to wait for my room, but that was no hardship sitting by the beach with a Bintang 😎 They then upgraded me to a suite, which was absolutely gorgeous. The room was huge and beautifully done, with all the comforts you’d expect. The facilities are great, the food is delicious, and the location right on the beach is perfect. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. I would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be back!
