Nyepi Laut is a day of silence on the ocean celebrated each year in the waters surrounding Nusa Lembongan. It is a day of prayer, meditation, and celebration of the ocean, which means complete silence in the waters. No boats and no water activities. Abiding by the Nyepi Laut rules is a legal requirement for all people in Nusa Lembongan, and the local authorities will reprimand those who do not. If you plan to get to the island or leave by boat, you will need to make changes to your booking. We would love for you to stay with us during this time, and we apologize if it does cause any inconvenience to your holiday plans, but unfortunately, this is out of our control. We are looking forward to having you stay. ====================================================================== The Nyepi Day celebration is on March 19th, 2026. It is a day of silence celebrated each year in Indonesia, mainly in Bali and the Nusa Islands. It is a day of prayer, meditation, and complete silence. Abiding by the Nyepi rules is a legal requirement for all people in Bali and on the Nusa Islands, and the local authorities will reprimand those who do not abide. The Aqua Nusa Group will still take bookings during this period; however, the authorities enforce some rules that our guests must abide by. - No check-in or check-out during the Nyepi period - No boats will be traveling to or from the island - Guests must not go outside their villa or room - No electricity will be provided to the island - Water will be turned off, and you won’t be working in your room - Ohana’s restaurant will not be open - There will be no room service offered and no staff available - The Indonesian Government will turn off some 3G services. The only exception to these rules is if you need urgent medical assistance.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The property’s location is amazing with it being beach front and close to a street of shops and restaurants aswell as near to where the ferry’s arrive. The staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything they were quick to respond and help.

It is clear that this hotel is a first choice for family’s with young kids as the pools were usually full, with parents and their kids. The food is very expensive for what you get aswell as more expensive than surrounding restaurants. The rooms were fine but significantly over priced. Though we did enjoy our stay some parts let it down, I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet getaway.

The beachfront location where our villa was only metres to the sand and the aqua sea of the Indian Ocean was very relaxing as was dining pretty much just up from the beach. For a family of six Ohanas made dining easy with great food and something for everyone. The staff were welcoming, helpful and very friendly

Безусловно, это самый современный и ухоженный отель на данной береговой линии острова. • Красивая, зелёная территория. • Ежедневная уборка в номерах — быстрая и аккуратная. • Блюда в ресторане в целом вкусные. • Интернет работал стабильно и хорошо. • В новогоднюю ночь была организована праздничная программа.

1. Нас заселили в номер №12. На крыльце ощущался сильный запах канализации. На наше замечание сотрудник отеля ответил, что ничего не чувствует, хотя запах был очевиден. 2. По поводу позднего выезда мы получили довольно странные и противоречивые ответы (переписку прилагаю). Сначала нам отказали, сославшись на полную загрузку отеля, однако позже выяснилось, что за дополнительную плату поздний выезд возможен. Было бы корректнее сразу честно обозначить, что бесплатный поздний выезд не предусмотрен. 3. Мы случайно разбили один бокал, однако с нас взяли стоимость упаковки из 6 бокалов, объяснив это тем, что закупка производится только комплектами. Я предложила забрать оставшиеся 5 бокалов, чтобы они не пропали, но в этом также было отказано. 4. Завтраки были включены в стоимость, однако каждый день не хватало каких-то позиций. Например, 3 января в 9 утра уже не было авокадо. А в 1 час дня они не смогли приготовить нашему ребёнку омлет по своим странным правилам. Хотя яйца и молоко и повтор есть. А еще в этом ресторане невозможно заказать нормальный чай в чайнике, только пакетированный. Фу. 5. После новогодней ночи на нашем крыльце оставались пустые бутылки из-под вина и шампанского, которые персонал не убирал в течение трёх дней. Все эти моменты, к сожалению, негативно сказались на впечатлении от новогодних каникул.
