1. What truly sets this resort apart is its outstanding staff. Every team member goes above and beyond to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. A special thank you to Mohamed at the reception for upgrading us to a Junior Suite and making all our à la carte restaurant reservations effortless. We also greatly appreciated Ziad for keeping our room spotless every day, and Mohamed and Ebrahim on the beach for their exceptional hospitality and attentive service. 2.The snorkeling experience at this resort is simply breathtaking. I've stayed at many resorts in Sharm El Sheikh, but I've never encountered such vibrant marine life and stunning, colorful coral reefs. The underwater world here is truly spectacular and unlike anything I've seen before. 3. The à la carte restaurants are among the finest in all of Sharm El Sheikh. The food, service, and overall dining experience exceeded our expectations and made every meal a memorable one. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I come to Sharm El Sheikh.

If I had to be very picky, there are only a few minor areas where I think the resort could improve: 1. The towel card system at the beach can be a bit inconvenient. If you forget your towel card, you have to walk back to your room to retrieve it. Additionally, losing the towel card or bracelet results in a fine, which feels a little out of place for a resort in this price range. 2. While the snorkeling is absolutely phenomenal, the beach itself is quite rocky. This makes it less suitable for guests who simply want to swim or for families with young children looking to play in the shallow water. 3. Although the quality of the food at the main buffet restaurant is very good, the selection could be more varied. I also found the dessert section to be somewhat underwhelming compared to the rest of the dining experience. 4. The entertainment team does a good job, but they could be a bit more interactive and engaging with guests to create a livelier atmosphere.

Quasiment tout ! Le personnel est très accueillant et vous trouve des solutions aux moindres de vos problèmes. La nourriture, la plage, les animations à ne plus en finir des fois 😅

Difficile à dire mais je dirai trop d’animations par moments. Si vous souhaitez vous reposer et profiter du calme, il faut se déplacer pour se rendre au bar cohiba.

Ein schönes Hotel mit einer tollen Anlage und einem überragenden Hausriff. Wer über einige Alterserscheinungen hinwegsehen kann, erlebt hier einen sehr entspannten Urlaub mit tollem Service. - Wunderschönes Riff mit einer grandiosen Fischvielfalt absolut perfekt zum Schnorcheln und Tauchen. Der Sandstrand selbst ist sehr schön (Wassereinstieg allerdings steinig). - Aktivitäten & Animation: Riesiges Angebot (Yoga, Sport, viel für Kinder, tolle Abendshows). Die Animation war angenehm unaufdringlich, aber trotzdem sehr gut. - Service & Personal: Egal ob am Pool, Strand, an den Bars oder im Restaurant ALLE Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und niemals aufdringlich. (Tipp: Genug Kleingeld für Trinkgeld einpacken!) - Kulinarik: Tolle Auswahl mit 4 All-Inclusive-Restaurants (zusätzlich 4 weitere Restaurants gegen Aufpreis verfügbar). Unbedingt besuchen, viel besser, als Buffet - Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind angenehm geräumig. Könnten etwas sauberer sein

- Zustand der Anlage: Das Hotel ist an einigen Stellen sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. -Die Leiter vom Pool ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und wackelig. -Sauberkeit bei Ankunft: Das Zimmer war anfangs nicht richtig sauber, es lag sogar Glas auf dem Boden (wurde vom Reinigungspersonal nach Meldung aber sofort entfernt). - Kinderbereich mit Mängeln: Der Kinderpool war leider nicht optimal sauber. Der Spielplatz ist ziemlich alt und teilweise verrostet; zudem sind die Rutschen für ganz kleine Kinder viel zu steil. - Gesundheit: Unser Kind hatte zum Ende des Urlaubs leider mit Durchfall zu kämpfen (Ursache unklar). - Gästestruktur: Muss man mögen bzw. wissen: Gefühlt 95 % der Gäste kommen aus Russland.

Definire la perfezione è difficile, presenti in tutto dal servizio spiaggia e piscine con una attenzione al cliente eccezionale. Camere pulitissime,nuove materassi e cuscini come a casa, il tutto in uno spazio a dimensione umana dove è racchiuso un paradiso. Grande professionalità di Hamed e Carmen alla reception, dove per un problema con il nostro tour operator hanno saputo gestire la difficoltà in maniera egregia sopperendo ad un disguido causato da altri e offrendoci la migliore camera del resort con piscina privata e,come se non bastasse nei giorni successivi hanno meticolosamente attenzionato il nostro soggiorno: un GRANDE GRAZIE!! Top il ristorante BASILICO, dove il manager Hamed ci ha tenuto ad averci ospiti, stupendoci per aver superato il test più difficile per un italiano: LA PASTA. Il capo animatore Spicy aveva un'energia trascinate. Said e Abdul in piscina non hanno tralasciato nulla al caso .purtroppo non ricordiamo tutti i nomi ma il servizio spiaggia dal lato 5 stelle (asciugamani e barman) è stato superlativo. Un grazie a Mustafa che ha tenuto la nostra stanza in perfetto ordine. Il Resort risulta perfettamente pulito e i giardini magnificamente tenuti dove nulla e' lasciato al caso. Da anni veniamo a Sharm e i migliori resort 5 stelle li abbiamo visti un pò tutti ma questo è stato in assoluto la sorpresa più bella. Ritorneremo certamente, grazie a tutti per aver reso i nostri giorni indimenticabili

Gli chefs sono molto bravi in cucina. ma la qualità del pesce e della carne sono assolutamente da migliorare perché non erano assolutamente all'altezza di tutto il resto della struttura.
