Sunrise Remal Beach Resort

Это был фантастический отдых в лучшем отеле Шарм Эль Шейха. Понравилось исключительно всё: начиная с высокого уровня сервиса во всех локациях: ресепшен, рестораны, уборка номера, сервис на пляже (Хасан лучший), заканчивая барами. Отель новый, всё очень стильное, чистое и современное. Жили в family suite - очень комфортный двухспаленный номер для семьи (нас 2 взрослых и 2 ребенка). Очень хорошие матрасы, что для нас важно в отдыхе, пастельное белье, шумоизоляция, ванная комната (сантехника Duravit), терасса - всё идеально! Главный менеджер отеля (Мисс Кармен) сделала нам early check-in (10:00)и late check out (17:00), а также free transfer в аэропорт, что сделало наш отдых максимально комфортным и приятным. Много а-ля карт ресторанов, а также потрясающий выбор блюд на ужин в основном ресторане (очень много морепродуктов, рыбы, мяса, овощей), нет очередей на раздаче - идеально для гурманов. Риф прекрасен и прямо у отеля (понтона), он не хуже Мальдив).

Не местный алкоголь включен только в одном баре, по часам (вечером), и за неделю отдыха там так и не завезли Бейлиз :)

The staff here were absolutely amazing. In particular our butler Hassan. He always brought our son play equipment without prompting alongside ice-creams and snacks. The food was great. Plenty of options We would definitely reiterate

The only part that was a slight annoyance was accessibility if using a wheelchair. Our son is disabled and we were unable to access the 2 Asian restaurants without carrying him and the wheelchair up stairs.

Это наше уже второе продление проживания в этом замечательном отеле, и мы снова в полном восторге! Отдельная и самая искренняя благодарность мистеру EMAD на ресепшене. Его высочайший профессионализм, гостеприимство и шикарный апгрейд нашего номера сделали этот отпуск по-настоящему незабываемым. Отель держит планку на высоте, обязательно вернемся сюда снова

Единственный небольшой минус, который хотелось бы отметить для улучшения сервиса: в главном ресторане очень неудобные щипцы для салатов и закусок, ими тяжело пользоваться на шведском столе.

Das Hotel war wunderschön und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, die Sauberkeit war hervorragend und alles war bestens organisiert. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt – vom Service bis zur Atmosphäre hat wirklich alles gestimmt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, gemeinsam mit unserer Familie und unseren Freunden. Alles war einfach wunderbar und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel der Schweizer Bevölkerung von Herzen weiter und man sollte keine Sekunde überlegen, hierher zu kommen. Ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich definitiv!

We had initially booked a Junior Swim up suite but after we arrived we realised the room was not to the standard we expected but luckily we were able to pay to upgrade to the Posh Club which is part of the hotel but comes with a million perks along with gorgeous room/bed/sheets/pillows etc. it was the best decision we ever made we even got a swim up pool facing right on to the beach it was magical. The Posh club restaurant and the staff are all brilliant, we had the best week! The restaurant manager along with the two Mohamed’s who worked the breakfast/lunch shift were wonderful as well as the bar staff who made a fab espresso martini! My husband also booked a surprise dinner at the Lighthouse restaurant where we watched the most spectacular sunset and had the place to ourselves - our waiter Youssef was great! The posh club reception manager and Hassan were also wonderful and so helpful with anything we needed, they made the stay extra special!

The original room we booked was very disappointing - it was not cleaned properly, the sheets were dirty, mattress and bedding quality quite poor. Once we upgraded to the Posh club we had the best experience. Although we were aware before we came, swimming in the sea is quite difficult (though my understanding is every hotel on this coast has the same issue). There is only one bridge you can enter the water from and the beach next to this has guests from other hotels who are given access. They arrive by the bus load every morning and pretty much take over all of the sun loungers near this bridge where you enter the sea. Because of this, you either in a beach section for Remal guests only which is ages away or you have to fight for a lounger in the chaos with guests from other hotels.

Отдыхали в Sunrise Remal Beach Resort — и это, наверное, лучший отель в Шарм-эль-Шейхе, в котором мы были, хотя в Шарме уже около 10 раз. Еда — просто великолепная. Каждый день морепродукты, рыба, крабы, креветки — всё очень вкусное и качественное. Выбор не огромный, но вкус такой, будто ужинаешь в дорогом ресторане. Отдельно хочется отметить рестораны а-ля карт: итальянский ресторан — абсолютно всё было безумно вкусно, а в греческом ресторане сувлаки просто топ. Персонал — отдельная любовь. Каждый день спрашивают, как себя чувствуешь, всё ли нравится, уделяют внимание каждому гостю. На пляже сами застилают полотенца, помогают во всём — тебе буквально не дают ничего делать самостоятельно 😄 Сервис на высшем уровне: официанты ходят по пляжу, посуда стеклянная, всё очень красиво и аккуратно. Номера идеально чистые, территория невероятно красивая, а риф — просто фантастический. Ради такого моря хочется возвращаться снова и снова.
