Otelin plaja ve alışveriş merkezine yakın konumu konaklamamız açısından büyük avantaj sağladı. Genel temizlik seviyesi oldukça iyiydi ve tüm çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlüydü. Günlük oda temizliği düzenli şekilde yapıldı. Plaj ve banyo havluları her gün değiştirildi, ayrıca kahve, çay ve su ikramları günlük olarak yenilendi. Ütü masası / ütü de mevcut idi. İlaçlama sürekli yapıldığından sinek kovucu kullanma ihtiyacı duymadık. Otele varmadan önce Bayan Nancy Qaid bizimle WhatsApp üzerinden iletişime geçerek taleplerimizi ve giriş saatimizi tekrar teyit etti. Kendisi başta olmak üzere tüm çalışanlar konaklama süresince memnuniyetimizi düzenli olarak sorup herhangi bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını yakından takip ettiler. Teşekkürler.

La nourriture était très bonne. Pour y avoir déjà séjourné, il y a eu une grande amélioration en une année. Hôtel très propre. Personnel agréable et serviable. En réservant avec booking notre chambre, nous avions un bracelet VIP et une personne qui était spécialement là pour nous en cas de besoin. Merci Nancy😄. Cela n'était pas le cas en réservant avec une agence de voyage.

La taille de la terrasse du restaurant principal qui est trop petite. L'intérieur du restaurant un peu vieillot mériterait d'être modernisé et rafraîchi.

Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura è accogliente, la spiaggia è bellissima e perfetta per rilassarsi, con un mare stupendo. Anche il cibo ci è piaciuto molto, vario e di buona qualità. Un ringraziamento speciale a Nancy, che è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile durante tutto il soggiorno. Grazie mille per l’ospitalità, torneremo volentieri!
