Very poor quality room for the price Taxi did not turn up to pick us up from airport No tea or coffee making facilities in the room We stayed in the king room which had a very average bed in one room, no toiletries in the dated bathroom and a big empty room which is advertised as a kitchen/lounge For this price the facilities were terrible, zero attention to detail and one of the worst places we have stayed for this budget. Maybe for a third of the price it would be ok. No management on site and the owner, when we finally got in touch, was very unhelpful and clearly focussed on money and not guest experience. After our initial complaint about the poor room quality and facilities we were offered half board and a free excursion to persuade us to stay. However, a couple of days later, the room flooded and soaked a lot of our belongings! We had to leave and stay elsewhere which was cheaper and 10x better in tikitam palms. We requested the refund for the 3 nights and were offered a partial refund only if we wrote a good review. In the end we received two nights refund which was a battle. This hotel has been under new management since April this year so bear this mind and owner requests good reviews before providing refund for bad service.
