KAMAKU Bungalows - Sunset Beach

Well located! Incredibly nice staff who supported us from the beginning to end. The facilities and the stay is very nice, they help you relax and enjoy a relaxing holiday. It’s remote and the internet here isn’t the best but that’s the whole point of staying in this place - you reconnect with the nature and the self in a more profound sense than anywhere else. I’d love to be back and hope to do so soon!

All the food was excellent quality and well presented and delicious- with generous portions . The staff were super friendly and helpful including very good Thai massage . bungalow on beach was very well designed and made and perfect for us. Loved all the hammocks too

Fantastisk beliggenhed i en smuk bugt med fin snorkeling. Skøn spansk mad, roligt, hyggeligt fællesområde og sødt personale. Vi boede i et fint hvidt hus på stranden - det var fantastisk. Der er også andre resorts i bugten - dejlig stemning og ikke overrendt.

We had a great stay at Kamaku, we loved the location being at the corner of the beach meaning almost no people around us and having our bungalow so close to the seaside. Also, not only Julia, the owner, but all staff members were always super nice, kind & helpful and somehow create welcoming atmosphere that you're not feeling as a tourist but part of their community for a couple of days. We tried a lot of dishes as well and everything was great.

Nothing, we count that we booked a bungalow in the nature but someone can get surprised that a spider or gekon still can get easily into your room through the bamboo walls.Therefore, probably with a lot of fear would not enjoy so much as we did.

Besonders schön ist der private Strand und die Abgeschiedenheit. Die Bungalows liegen auf der westlichen Seite der Insel, wodurch man jeden Tag einen tollen Sonnenuntergang bestaunen kann.

Das Essen könnte verbessert werden. Das Menü ist recht übersichtlich und es gibt einige spanische Gerichte und kaum lokales Essen. Mein Mann hat sich direkt am ersten Abend den Magen verdorben & auch ich hatte leider die drei Tage, die wir dort waren, immer Sodbrennen.

Wunderschöne Lage am Ende der Bucht. Freundschaftliches Verhältnis zwischen den ca. 5 verschiedenen Ressorts am Sunset Beach, weshalb man problemlos die Angebote der anderen Einrichtungen annehmen kann. Besonders zu empfehlen sind Yoga bei Cori und die nächtliche Planktontour mit Kajaks!

Wer die Wahl zwischen Bungalow und Zelt hat, sollte sich für das Zelt entscheiden. Es ist größer, freundlicher und frei von nächtlichen Besuchern wie Fröschen, Spinnen, Mücken, 30cm langen Echsen und Riesenmäusen. Der Dschungel fängt halt direkt hinter den Bungalows an…
