The Chettinad town is a heritage area and this place we stayed just scores all points. The heritage building has a beautiful facade & the staff was so cordial that we were totally swept off our feet. The cherry on top was the room, it was the largest we had ever seen. The balcony verandah around the room gives you a chance to get the best photos. The food at the restaurant was so delicious we wanted more. Do try the appam & coconut milk, simple but stunning !!😍😍😍

The stay was excellent!! Very friendly staff. Home cooked food and the taste was authentic and exceptional. Highly recommend it to experience the culture of Karaikudi.

Top notch hospitality, the staff were very warm and accommodating. Made us really feel at home!

Could be more professional about the amenities, like providing a face towel beside the washbasin or ensuring all bathroom amenities are replenished etc.
