Staff was professional, helpful, friendly and trustworthy, kindly. Specific architecture house from Chettinad. It was an amazing experience. Magical decor house with all accommodations. The price was fair. Local food from Chettinad is served carefully. Nice place to be if you visite Chettinad. Enjoy it.

1. Heritage Bunglow very tastefully done and maintained very well. 2. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of variety. 3. S we ved by the boys with lots of love and care for customers.

1. AC in room was not working 2. No parking within the premises 3. No water in bathroom in the morning.

The check in was smooth and quick. in fact the staff were waiting for us to come and on a couple of occasions called to check us out if we are ok. Room was good though small and beds and pillows were comfortable, the towels were good. There was a kettle to heat the water and the coffee and tea effects were sufficient for one time( u can ask for more if needed) the washroom neat & clean. The walls in the room were decked with the multicolored locally hand made tiles that was giving out a very positive vibes. There was a huge shared sitting area with chairs and coffee table for 6 over looking the road in front. The food was simple and local. We had dinner that evening and breakfast the next morning. The food was tasty and not spicy at all, may be due to the visitors coming from Europe and Americas who can not take the heat of the spices. The check out was smooth too. The team ably lead by Gokul were in attention and helpful always.

The shower head needs cleaning. The water vents i think are clogged due to the hardness of the water there. They need to clear the same with a pin to allow water to flow freely. Unfortunately the blinds covering the sitting area are broken and can not be rolled up n kept in place. So we could not enjoy the sitting area much. The most annoying thing was the flurry of messages from Booking.com informing us that we have not checked in to the property as per our booking ( while actually we did check in the same day as per our booking date) and that there would be a charge for one night due to this. It was a goof up by the booking.com team and not us.
