The only thing I liked were the farm animals there.

That there is almost no phone coverage and no internet in the rooms, even though the property says it has internet. The place is hard to find, navigation apps cannot locate the correct road leading to the place, 100% you are getting lost in the mountain the first time you drive up. No signs showing if this is the right way are present. You are on your own. The way the personel treated us was not pleasant, we felt unwanted. The dinner was late- around 21:30 and the rush you to finish quickly so the personel can go to sleep, quite not okay and the first time I experienced something like this. Also the breakfast could be served to your bungaloo no earlier than 9:30 in the morning, which if you have to attend an evening in the vicinity (Formula 1 in our case) is not convenient. When we asked if we can have breakfast earlier we were told 9:00 at the earliest, but we had to go to the main casa and pick up the baskets with breakfast ourselves. I would like to point out that the breakfast was nothing special or time consuming to prepare- a few loafs of bread, some cheese, some procciutto and an orange juice. The part that annoyed us the most was that we were asked by the lady at the reception (the younger one that speaks english) if want our rooms cleaned and our towels changed, to which we said yes please have them chainged not tomorrow but the day after. Fast forward 2 days and the room was not touched. At dinner we asked her why the rooms were not cleaned, as they promised, to which she replied “It is what it is, I can give you some towels now if you want.

Beautiful refurbished country house In stunning location

Access is a challenging (you need a 4x4 high wheelbase car)

I cannot say how beautiful this little gem is , the hotel is very eco friendly , no TV , hairdryers etc just relaxation and peace. The staff are amazing can't do enough for you , big shout out to the beautiful Victoria , thankyou for all your help your were amazing. The place itself comes with two dogs , a donkey , goats, a rooster and a fabulous pig called Peggy :). Room was beautiful and clean and food was amazing. All in all a great place to relax it's just the getting there. 10 out of 10 on everything but the location. We went for the Barcelona Grand prix so it involved 2 trips a day up and down the unruly tracks. Book with confidence.

The only thing negative thing i can say is where the hotel is located , very hard to find thank god for Google maps, it is high in the mountains and about a 25 mins drive from the village up very unkept tracks which are bumpy , quite scary in the dark , twist , turns , sharp bends and a sheer drop to one side at certain points, We rented a car so would say this is essential to get around. It took about an hour to get to from the airport to the hotel. A lot of walkers and cyclist using the paths. The hotel could do with a lot more signs along the paths going up the mountains.

Beautiful en zenfull location, very big en well designed rooms, kind team and very much into the details. Very cosy and well-finished place to become peaceful and enjoy the silence.

the drive to the property is terrible, if your car is not prepared, it is a pain and not pleasant at all. also there were no signs to get to the property and it took us almost 1 hour to find it and there is no service so calling the hotel didn’t help.
