Nice, carefully maintained property near Trieste (25 min). Booked it for one night for sailing regatta in Trieste so getting there and back was easy. Comfortable, clean, well organized rooms. Helpful and friendly host. Quiet neighbourhood. Didn't explore surroundings due to lack of time. But overly its a very nice, modern premises.
