the website states it takes animals but that not the case

The room that I booked apparently was too small for two dogs, one large dog and a medium dog so we never got to the property - cancelled whilst on route by the owners. I could not figure out how to get my money back very very poor indeed. According to the owner the cabin was so small it could not hold one person and the two dogs - so only book if you can fit your dog in your pocket!!!!
