Usytuowanie obiektu, blisko las, szlak a jednocześnie niedaleko Świeradowa .

Mało komunikatywna obsługa recepcji, grzeczna lecz nic od siebie, trzeba zadawac pytania i krotka zdawkowa odpowiedz , brak pomocy szczegolnie osobom starszym którzy nie za bardzo potrafią korzystać z informacji onlay. Panie z restauracji za to miłe uśmiechnięte i pomocne. Powiedziały co zwiedzić w pobliżu obiektu. Pokoje czyste, adekwatne do ceny, super basen. Ogólnie oceniam na 9

Jak zawsze super!Jeżdżę co roku i jestem zadowolona.

Jeden minus to to że w pobliżu nie ma sklepu spożywczego,trzeba iść spory kawałek ( jak ktoś bez auta) do dino.

Hotel je na hezkém místě, pohodlně zařízený. Ocenili jsme bazén, saunu, posilovnu.

Každé ráno v 7 hodin začal personál hotelu uklízet, vysávat a nahlas mluvit. I přes opětovné stížnosti na recepci s příslibem, že další den to bude lepší, bohužel nebylo. Personál byl obecně dosti neochotný.
