Kompletny brak profesjonalizmu. Lokalizacja dobra, ale to jedyna zaleta. Apartament posiadał braki w podstawowym wyposażeniu które były w opisie i na zdjęciach. Podczas pobytu doszło do sytuacji, w której właściciel w sposób głośny i konfliktowy nakazał natychmiastowe opuszczenie strefy wellnes przez naszą rodzinę z płaczącym dwuletnim dzieckiem, co wywołało u nas poczucie zagrożenia. Pracownicy byli mili, jednak atmosfera napięcia była wyraźnie odczuwalna. Cała sytuacja znacząco obniżyła komfort świątecznego pobytu. Szkoda pieniędzy i nerwów. Nie polecam.
