The reception services were exceptional. 2 years ago it was a bit baahhh, but now professional, guest-respecting ladies were everywhere who whelped with perfect English even with the ski passes.

The cabins are modern and clean. We rented a few cabins and two were fairly close which was great.

We stayed during peak winter season. The facility didn't provide towels (these are extra charge, as well as hairdryer or kitchen towels) nor basic hygine products which wasn't stated when booking. We've never stayed in a property that doesn't even have hand soap available so it was quite a shock. Even the reception shop didn't have any. Arriving there on Saturday (room wasn't ready until after 5pm) meant we couldn't get soap until Tuesday, as even Monday was a public holiday and all the shops were closed. Local gas station didn't have soap either. Games room toilet was out of soap too. You'd expect in peak flu season it would be a requirement to have soap available. The laundry wasn't functioning either as they said the pipes were frozen. Also didn't expect to have to make up our own beds, as well as unmake them prior to departure. I guess the expectations were set differently from online photos there.

V nasi chate byl vetsi vyskyt lesnich mravencu. Nasi pratele bydleli v chate kousek od nas a tam tenti problem nebyl. Tak asi ji postavili na mraveniste a priroda se tomu brani.

We really liked the location. The accommodation consists of lovely, relatively new cottages, each with its own private parking space. The area is quiet and pleasant, yet very convenient. By car, it is close to many supermarkets.

The only downside was that the house did not provide any basic toiletries, such as shower gel or soap, which meant we had to go to a supermarket immediately after arrival. Towels are not included and must be brought by guests or paid for separately. Bed linen is also available at an additional cost.
