Комплексът надмина очакванията ни! Бяхме посрещнати от Мелани, която се погрижи престоят ни да бъде приятен. Бунгалото, в което бяхме настанени, беше изключително уютно, чисто и с всички необходими удобства за перфектна почивка.Насладихме се на гледка към язовира, където плуваха патици и лебеди. Има много добре поддържани тревни площи и алеи. Комплексът разполага с басейн, джакузи, фитнес, сауна и ресторант. Беше много приятно, докато релаксирахме на басейна, да се наслаждаваме и на музиката, която пускаше диджеят. Комплексът е сравнително нов и продължава да се надгражда с вкус. Ще ви посетим отново!

It was very beautiful and peaceful! The view is gorgeous! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the serving staff was very good which a can not say for the woman that was managing. She was quite short and not pleasant!

Unfortunately, the little deck, table and chairs were not clean. There was bird present everywhere ( bird excrements). I asked for a rug or something to clean it and I was given a sponge by a staff member without even offering for them to clean it. The bungalow was nice but does not have a net on the windows/ balcony door to be able to keep them open and enjoy the fresh air. We heeded to use the air conditioner through the night which unfortunately stopped twice due to electrical outages and became very hot inside. Every time the electricity came bat we needed to reset the air conditioner. The generator was out of order and never kicked in. We were supposed to stay two nights but we left after the first since we did not get much sleep and comfort. The owners refused to return the money for the second night and frankly they did not show much concern about our bad experience. We didn’t even get an apology from them. Also the road to get there is very bad!
