"Great views but too crowded"

Great views and location

There was no refrigerator as promised, staff missed the day of our arrival, the facilities (pool and restaurant) are far from the room and very crowded, there is no privacy as the shared dinning table and sitting areas in front of the room are constantly taken by guests and non guests playing loud music day and night.

We loved the location. Close to Vanga's church and baths, close to Petrich and Melnik too. Accommodation was clean and comfortable too. Great place and will come again.
