Nice Villa

Stayed 2 nights, payed for 3 - very expensive. I had to fix hot water, maintenance guy tried, but obviously lacked a trade. Initially booked cabin, payed premium to upgrade on arrival which was appreciated. However, had medical issue, had to cut stay short but any adjustment was suddenly 'impossible'. Over $800 for 2 nights is a rort.

Villa was very suitable for us. Caravan facilities at the property did not apply to us.

I was staying in a cabin & after a long day of travel arriving outside of reception hours, check in was easy and they had the aircon set so the cabin was warm and inviting, after over 20 years of travelling this kind of care makes work travel feel like home. Thank You.

The cabin was spacious and very comfortable.

The Villa was great, comfortable, clean and well positioned. Very quiet location within a short distance of Coonamble centre. Would highly recommend.

I booked a night accommodation and was denied my booking because they were overbooked. I then had to find new accommodation atg 4:30pm on the day

For the nightly rate, our room could have been cleaned and towels replaced. We work in an extremely dusty environment and the towels could have been changed. We were told that we could not get two single units due to unavailablity and the fact they sat empty was not a great look.
