Big Skies Platinum Plus Holiday Home with Wifi, Netflix, Dishwasher, Decking

The caravan was clean and comfortable this is our fourth year staying in this accommodation.

We really liked the spacious feel of the caravan. It is in the quiet part of the park, which is a real bonus. It was really well equipped in the kitchen and the little welcome pack was appreciated.

The hot water in the shower was too hot and we could not turn it down! The kitchen would have benefitted from a better sharp knife. The airer was broken and we couldn't use it. We would have benefited from having a washing line to dry beach stuff on.

Nice caravan in a quiet street on the park. Perfect for our little family as there was a cot and a high chair included. We also loved the chromecast and Netflix. Everything was very clean and basic things such as dishwash-soap and sponges were included, which was great!

The entertainmentpass is quite expensive if you only want to go swimming, so we ended up not buying that.

Its location was quiet with easy parking, very clean throughout, had everything we needed. We wanted somewhere that didn’t allow pets so this was perfect. the WiFi and Netflix is great for anyone who enjoys movies in the evening. Will definitely be booking again.

The caravan was lovely, clean and well looked after. Wouldn't fault anything about the caravan. Very comfortable. The beach was great and staff in the cafe on the beach were lovely.

We didn't like the complex, we went to the chippy for fish and chips, but they had no fish and bits that we did order we waited 45 minutes!!! Whilst we waited for the order, other people came in and tried to order but were turned away as the wait times were too long, 3 ladies came in, and they were able to order!!! The next night we went to the burger stand and guess what, they had no burgers. The wait for food and drinks in the boathouse was ridiculous, not one staff in the whole complex was helpful and never smiled.
