Jax Retreat hot tub and free golf

Very clean and attractive accommodation. Brilliant hot tub. Quiet and restful.

The golf course looked very rough, but in the end, it made no difference to us because the weather made it impossible to play. The park itself was disappointing. Very rough walkways to the clubhouse and full of mud and puddles. Not well signposted for golfers and a distance from the first hole. It took us a while to find it.

The lodge was excellent everything you needed was there. The hot tub was a bonus

The location was lovely plenty to see close by we were only there the weekend to relax but if we were there longer plenty to see and do accommodation was nice and clean wine and biscuits were a nice surprise hot tub was private we would stay again

We were told the pub does food so walked there the first night which is quite hard for me as I have problems with my feet only to get there and they only serve food on a Saturday so was disappointed it’s not a long walk but for me it is hard but that’s an issue for me not the park info could be updated to make people aware though

amazing little lodge! welcoming owners and had everything you need. hot tub was amazing!

spacious and modern, had basics of what you need to cook etc

dishes and cutlery where dirty. a lot of damage inside property. assured hotub would be ready to get in upon arrival this was not the case. hotub was at 26.5 degrees. I had to turn heat up and wait till the following afternoon for it to be hot enough! overall wasn’t impressed
