Grecotel Eva Palace

The scenery was exceptional & it was enhanced by the different relaxation zones at the pool and beach. The food & service was excellent. The room was attended to every day. An absolute gem if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday.

La struttura è ubicata in una bellissima baia,molto curata sia l’interno sia all’esterno. Personale gentile e disponibile.

La camera Non è assolutamente un 5 stelle! Lasciando stare gli spazi comuni,la camera chiamata “panoramica” è uno sgabuzzino minuscolo,con vista parcheggio e tetto! Assolutamente non curata nei dettagli all’interno,armadio nel bagno scomodissimo,tv con 1 canale italiano,insonorizzata e si sentono le cameriere dalla mattina. Le tende “oscuranti” lo sono davvero poco in più corte da un lato,così da far entrare la luce. Il topper sul letto che univa i due letti singoli era morbidissimo da far venire il mal di schiena,togliendolo invece,abbiamo visto bellissimi materassi vecchi e sfondati.Ah dimenticavo la pulizia,allego la foto per come è stato rifatto il letto! Sempre da 5 stelle 🤣. Aggiungo un ultimo commento: se non ti sposti in hotel non c’è nulla da fare la sera.

The Bottom Line, This Hotel Is bad Not Justify Its Exorbitant Price. I stayed at the Grecotel EVA Palace for a nine day period, from September 22 to 30. My partner and I chose this location for a significant life event, as I planned to propose, and I sought the hotel's assistance. Unfortunately, any help offered came with an additional charge of over 200 euros, and no room upgrade or basic assistance was provided. A primary issue stems from the branding, the "Grecotel" name encompasses two properties, the EVA Palace, where we stayed, and the Imperial, which appears to be the hotel that everyone recommends. Be warned, do not make the mistake we did by choosing the EVA Palace. The experience began poorly with the room itself, which was small, musty, smelled of mold, and bore no resemblance to the images advertised online. The housekeeping service was substandard. They did not truly clean the room, only tidying the bed linens. Soap was not refilled, bath towels were not consistently replaced throughout our stay, and towels or bathrobes were frequently taken without being returned. Specifically, pool towels were removed after two days and never returned, the same occurred with our bathrobes, which severely detracted from the experience. On one occasion, we arrived at the breakfast dining room fifteen minutes before the official opening time because we had a very early morning ferry to catch. The dining hall was already full in food, and many guests were seated and eating. I spoke with a staff member, explaining our rush to catch the ferry and requesting to eat from the food that was already available. She firmly refused, stating we had not pre ordered an early breakfast and instructed us to wait the full fifteen minutes. This rigidity, despite the circumstances and the operational status of the kitchen, was shocking. Furthermore, the dining experience overall was a nightmare.
