Instructions on how to get in were clear and we were able to access apartment without any hassles

First off, the bathroom was dirty. The shower was not cleaned. There was no toilet paper in the toilet. I called in to request for a cleaner or an alternative and no solution was presented other than to be told that a cleaner will come in the morning! Toilet paper will come in the morning as well. I was asked to go and shower in another unit and still come back to sleep in the dirty room. What else was dirty then??? Was the bedding clean??? Asking me to shower in another unit was just perpetuating the unprofessional conduct for the next guest of that unit. I had to go out to the garage to buy detergents and clean the bathroom myself so i could have a shower after my flight. Furthermore, it's self catering and one of the appliances did not work, not to mention the half washed cutlery. My stay was absolutely unpleasant and totally regret having chosen this place for my stay!
