The location and how clean the unit was.

Neat and cozy. The host was very helpful. The property was very clean. Loved it.

We didn't have the code for the gate to go to the cafe They must put the code in the room somewhere

was really clean and comfortable!

If a mirror could be put up in the room as the only mirror is in the bathroom and it makes it difficult with loadshedding

It was close to the ocean and all amenities.. The unit was ready for us ahead of check-in time. Well secured property with strict access control.

We had to call management twice because incorrect codes were given to us for collecting the key and connecting to the wifi. The bathroom basin was placed so far back from where we stood, resulting in water spilling all over. The lock on the bathroom door was placed incorrectly, where it could only be locked from the outside. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The couch looked like it needed a clean; arm rests had stains. The couch itself was sagging so badly that it felt like we were sitting on the floor.
