HolaCamp Sitges Relax

Facilities on site were good, the wooden house was well equipped.

A pile of towels and sheets were left outside our door when we arrived and weren't snt collected the next day either. I went to reception to tell the English girl who didn't seem bothered by it and without any comment or apology proceeded to tell me when I next come to reception I have to wear a t-shirt. Strange interaction and reaction to my request and just delivered badly in my opinion. Also not much wardrobe storage space but I understand it's a small house so probably nothing you can do about that.

I was accommodated in a tent. Great for one person. Comfortable. The tent had air conditioning, a refrigerator. A comfortable bed. Everything was clean in the tent. A nice terrace. There was a shower and toilet nearby. I felt safe in the camp. There is a laundry area. The restrooms were clean. The bus to Barcelona and the airport stops in front of the camp. And there is a bus to go to the town of Sitges.

The camp is located next to a busy road, you can hear cars and trucks all the time. This place is not a complete wilderness. The internet is very bad. The reception staff was cold and very reserved. The shop is small, only the most basic groceries. There are food shops far away in the city. It is far from the city to walk. The pool was clean but the opening hours are strange, it only opens at 11 am. If you don't want to swim in the morning, that's not possible.

I love that it is in between the two main gay beaches around Sitges. So I walked everywhere

For a 3 star camp site it is very good , staff great and our chalet was more than adequate. It's quiet, the bar and restaurant are fine and not overpriced and the shop adequately stocked for the basics ,also not overpriced . The L2 route bus stop across the roundabout gets you into Sitges quickly and back even faster, for €1.50 each , each way. Parking your car in Sitges is a nightmare so this was invaluable. Is it walking distance to the beach.... yes, but no. Is it walking distance to Sitges centre ...yes ,but no. They do rent bicycles if you're energetic. In the chalet there was more provided than we expected , so some stuff we brought went back in the car . We would certainly return if we ever go to Sitges again.

Not anything to do with the camp site , but it would have been nice if a supermarket had been close.

La limpieza del bungalow es muy mejorable, sobre todo en la zona de camas.
