That the bathroom was outside :). I know it's camping but just sharing and otherwise it was great Small things: Doors were jammed and hard to work Would be nice to have a kettle instead of the coffee machine

Not much to say. The beds were comfy.

We coincided with more than 120 children from different schools staying at the site. This heavily affected both the restaurant and the pool bar, as they were not serving guests outside the school groups. We were never informed of this before our arrival. The pool area was full of children, which wasn't the issue. The problem was that there was loud music, microphone announcements, and organised activities throughout the day, making it impossible for other guests to relax. We ended up going to the beach instead. That evening, we went to the on-site restaurant for dinner. After sitting at our table for around 20 minutes without service, we asked several times if we could at least order drinks. After almost 30 minutes of waiting, a waiter informed us that the restaurant was not serving anyone outside the school group that day. Again, we had not been informed of this in advance. We then decided to drive elsewhere for dinner, only to find two buses unloading children directly at the campsite's only entrance and exit. Despite having a large designated drop-off area, the buses blocked access and we had to wait another 10 minutes before we could leave. The night was particularly unpleasant. From around 22:00 onwards, children were running around, shouting, and playing near the accommodation. At 23:30 we politely asked them to be quieter out of consideration for other guests. We were told that noise was allowed until midnight. At 00:15 we had to ask again, and one of the supervisors also intervened. Unfortunately, we were woken up again at around 02:00 by children playing outside our glamping tent. The following morning, our coffee machine did not work, so we bought coffee from the bar instead. At €2 per coffee, I expected better quality, but it tasted burnt and I ended up throwing it away. Overall, this was not a relaxing stay and certainly did not match the experience advertised on the website.

Nuestra estancia en TAIGA Punta Paloma fue fantástica. El entorno es precioso, las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y el personal fue muy amable durante toda la estancia. Como único inconveniente, uno de los días estuvimos prácticamente 24 horas sin electricidad, lo que resultó algo incómodo. Aun así, la experiencia fue muy positiva y disfrutamos mucho del lugar. Aunque el personal nos atendió muy bien en todo momento, dandonos varias opciones al problema de la luz. También nos comunicó que la empresa se pondría en contacto con nosotros para darnos alguna respuesta para compensar el día sin luz que estuvimos. Sin duda, un sitio muy recomendable para desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza.

We stayed in one of the smaller cabanas and had a great experience. The cabin is compact, but very comfortable, well designed, and spotlessly clean. The shared bathrooms are located right next to the cabana, which was very convenient, and they were always clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was exactly as expected. For the price, it offers excellent value and a wonderful experience surrounded by nature. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it. Thank you for a great experience!
