Les excréments de singes aux abords et dans l'eau de la piscine !! Sans que ça dérange personnes de l'établissement !! La femme à la réception est antipathique et ne fait aucun effort pour dialoguer avec le client qui ne parle pas bien anglais ! Can you speak slowly et bien elle connaît pas ! Méprisante, un conseil qu'elle change de poste au sein de l'établissement...

The room, breakfast, swimming pool, and other facilities are all good. Most restaurants, food stalls, souvenir shops, mini markets, and popular spots are within walking distance. If there is any issue with the room, the staff respond immediately and fix it promptly.

Breakfast needs improvement. There were also some minor issues, such as the bathroom door, which should be fixed before customer check-in

At the heart of Teluk Nipah high street. Hot breakfast. Near Pantai pasir Giam, which is the cleaner beach compared to Teluk Nipah.

Damp smell from toilet. The sliding door lock is not very secure. The lock in our room was faulty and the staff tried to fix it. But I can tell from the eyes of someone who never does DIY that they need to change the lockset, Not just try to fix if with the screwdriver.
