Villa del OZ Resort

Incredibly welcoming hosts and excellent facilities. Room was spacious, clean and had plenty of space to put bags and belongings. Small fridge too to keep drinks and snacks cool. We had a wonderful stay!

Thanks to Eugene and Grace for such a fantastic experience, making us feel very welcome! Also helping to organise some things we needed like scooter and trike to pier. Lovely clean space, feels really private and tucked away from main road. Swimming pool really nice touch. Water pressure best we’ve had in Philippines.

Not much but to pick a couple of things out for some improvement: - Wi-Fi came and went intermittently - Depository bin in toilet wasn’t changed during our stay - Bed mattress not the most comfortable

The staff is very helpful and very nice, we had à great time! The room is spacious and very clean, the pool is definitely a plus.

If you're looking for a high end resort, this is of course not the place but if you're looking for a cozy, friendly and clean place to relax, this is the one! The hosts were so lovely and helpful. The room is spotless clean and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was simple but fulfilled our needs and there's a water fountain to refill bottles anytime. We didn't get to use the pool but it was really clean and looked nice. After checking out, we came back to pick up our luggage but arrived earlier than expected but they allowed us to just chill at Villa Del Oz until our driver came to pick us up.

The only improvement I'd say is having a better hairdryer but that's more just a personal preference.

The host was excellent - super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The apartment was very spacious and clean. We had a small issue with the power for the shower and the host quickly came and sorted the problem for us. He also arranged some day trips for us and tricycles into the main resort when we needed them. There were a couple of restaurants a few minutes walk away, we didn't get a chance to try the vegetarian one but the shawarma one was great!

The location was a 10 minute tricycle from Alona beach, I definitely recommend hiring a motorcycle to get out and about as you sometimes have to wait a little while to find a tricycle.

Location. The price a bit high considering the remote location.

Clean rooms with plenty of space, nice pool. The staff were amazing and helped us organise everything from transport into the town to our excursions and boat trips. Cute dog Toto was a bonus!

Beds a little hard for our liking and not enough pillows. A little far from restaurants, beaches etc but no problem if you hire a scooter.

The proprietor TuTu and the accomodation was very clean.

Advert for distance to beach was misleading and had to hire transport for our stay

Everything. The couple who run this Resort are so helpful, kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They arranged lots of things for us. Room was nice, spacious and quiet. Having a scooter was useful as the resort is in a quiet location away from the bustle of Alona beach.
