It was my dream property I wish I can stay a little longer

The breakfast service was super SLOW. most of the vessels were empty and there was no staff to help refill them

Location. Great breakfast. Great buffet evening meal.

Very limited alcohol just beer and wine 2 types. No drinks allowed in restaurant.

The most outstanding virtue of this hotel is its location, grounds, old world charm, and being surrounded by water with the most outstanding views in three directions. We had a waterside upstairs double room which was had a new AC in it. The shower was powerful, and hot water was always available.

The fabric of the place is badly maintained, being a government run place with bureaucratic staff management practices. There is poor attention to cleaning of bannisters, upkeep of decorations, garden features, pool etc. The washbasin leaked, and the toilet seat could not be lifted and stood up The property is also given out to public day functions, like weddings and other group functions, which is good for the hotel, but may limit the enjoyment of those who stay, by virtue of loud music being played etc

Buffet breakfast was very good. Helpful staff. Beautiful location.

The room could do with better maintenance of the electrical fittings and other facilities.
