it was okay. but compared to other hotels and location it could have been better

The cleanliness of the property was disappointing, and the elevator was poorly maintained. Housekeeping staff were consistently loud outside the room. The corridor lighting was dim and unsettling, like a hospital. Given the prime location, I expected a much higher standard across all aspects of the stay.
