Hotel Tugu Lombok

La comida muy buena, las villas espectaculares, sobre todo la inmensa cama y el baño. El personal súper amable y pendiente de tener un detalle especial con todos los huéspedes… nos llenaron de velas y flores la entrada de nuestra habitación el último día. Precioso!!

The staff was the greatest. Fun, kind, accommodating. We bought clams at the local market and the chef prepared them for our dinner. We loved everything about this place.

The most beautiful hotel I ever saw! The big statues in all the hotel but the best is the restaurant, most gorgeous restaurant! The pools are beautiful also and the beach is also good. Food is amazing! The afternoon tea is a good touch.

Maybe the only thing I don’t understand for a 5 star hotel is that if you ask cheese at breakfast they bring you those slices of cheese is a plastic wrap, the supermarket plastic cheese, an hotel like this should have proper cheese.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit einzigartiger Atmosphäre. Sehr gutes Restaurant (preislich gehoben). Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Anlage wunderschön und weitläufig. Lage etwas außerhalb, was gut ist, dadurch ist man jenseits von Trubel. Alles sehr sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Klare Empfehlung.

Es wurde wohl nicht so gern gesehen, dass wir auch außerhalb essen waren und Ausflüge selbst unternommen haben, anstatt alles im oder mit dem Hotel zu machen. Das wirkte teilweise etwas kontrollierend.

C'est un véritable bijoux, directement à la plage avec des couchers de soleil splendides, une décoration de l'hôtel, des chambres, des jardins avec énormément de goût et authenticité, une propreté irréprochable et une équipe remarquable de gentillesse, toujours là pour vous aider et en même temps d'une discrétion absolue. Nous étions sous le charme de cette équipe et de cet endroit paradisiaque. Terima kasih:-) pour ce séjour inoubliable.
