Spectacular location, the staff are amazing (11/10!) and the facilities were great.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Tugu lombok hat alle Erwartungen unsererseits übertroffen. Die gesamte Anlage ist ein weitläufiger Palmengarten mit einem sehr schönen privaten Strandabschnitt. Das Wasser ist glasklar, ruhig und lädt zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln ein. Das Servicepersonal ist top. Es wird einem jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und umgehend erfüllt. Frühstück und Abendessen schmeckt herausragend und man sitzt im Restaurant in einem wunderschönen Ambiente. Das Frühstück wird auch am Strand serviert

The staff were so friendly and all knew our names, they really made us feel at home. The room was spacious and beautiful, and extremely clean, with many special thoughtful touches throughout our stay. We used the kayaks on the beach every day, the daily afternoon tea by the beach was a highlight, the food in the restaurant is outstanding, the location is spectacular. The kids had the best time. We loved our stay at Tugu!

The staff are so lovely and accommodative. They are so attentive, we were at the pool, and there weren't any towels, before we even went to go and ask for one, a staff member was delivering one to us, and it was a security guard! It is a large area, comfortable. The masseuses are experts. All of the food at the restaurant was delicious as well.

Fabulous property providing comfort to a degree seldom found with historical Lombok and the Indian sagas visible round every corner, nook and cranny. If you want a lively place to visit then you’d probably best avoid the Tugu but if you want peace and quiet, wonderful beaches and beautiful scenery then the Tugu is a great option. The food is excellent, great choices throughout the day and all very reasonably priced. The jewel in the crown of the Tugu is undoubtedly the staff. Unbelievably friendly, attentive, helpful and just wonderful. There’s way too many to mention in dispatches but the driver Adi, front office Agu and the waiter Hadi went over and above the call of duty to make our stay at the Tugu just perfect.

Le meilleur séjour passé sur Lombok . Tout était vraiment parfait. Le personnel est remarquable de professionnalisme...Merci tout particulièrement à Mariadi pour son sourire ainsi que pour toute la meilleure attention qu'il nous as porté malgré que la météo soit pluvieuse...Bruno and Isabelle

Rien à dire...sinon juste que nous passerons nos 4 derniers jours à Tugu avant de rentrer en France fin Mars
