Their staff are so tentative. I just love this place. There are only like 11 cottages, and place is just serene, and relaxing. It's like a retreat.

I did not like that there was not a longer step to get into the water because there is no beach. They should make the steps lower so you do not have to jump off. It needs to go lower into the water.

The location and design are stunning! This is the hotel for those whose tastes run to traditional, organic, natural and homespun. Nothing corporate or soulless here! A place out of time with a real old-fashioned Jamaican vibe, and sustainability- and conservation-conscious. So many lovely little touches. The rum taster session in the underground cave was especially cool! The band who played us Bob Marley songs under the stars.... The staff were all, without exception, super friendly and helpful. New friends were made! The place feels like a family, complete with lovely family of tiny cats ❤️

Everyone was so so friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing. Didn’t realise it was all inclusive until we got there but it was amazing!

I enjoyed all of the staff. They were all personable, polit and treated all of us with care. Ensuring we all ate and enjoyed our time there. I also really enjoyed the food. It was amazing. This was an unexpected amazing resort. I appreciate all the front desk staff working with me and my family and accommodating all of our needs and wants.

The rooms needed a deep clean. The fans were dirty and there was dust and dead bugs throughout the rooms. Also, at night bugs were biting me while I was in the bed. Maybe putting canopies on the beds.
