Perfect for what I wanted! Lovely cabin and very peaceful

We loved everything about the property. It was blissfully located, so green and secluded (yet with a full sky) that you wouldn't think it was at the end of someone's garden. We loved the vibe so much that we were torn whether or not to leave for the event we had planned. In fact, we missed a fair amount of it, but we were not fussed at all. It was so lovely to be able to relax to the fullest. There was no noise or disturbances—just the birds singing beautifully. Janet and John are perfect hosts, and they really have designed the perfect getaway in every way 🙂 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely nothing to not like!

I had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the cabin. Julie and John are so kind and helpful - they offered pick up/drop off though the property is well connected to bus routes. They’ve created a lovely retreat in a beautiful garden - perfect to get away from it all, listen to the birds and have a quiet drink under the stars. Thanks again for having me!

Lovely accommodation. Brilliant hosts.

The cosy cabin certainly lived up to its name. The bedroom cabin has a very comfy double bed and a lovely ensuite with a big walk in shower. The accommodation is snug and clean and has loads of thoughtful extras like bath robes, complimentary toiletries, umbrellas (which thankfully we didn't need) and lots of local tourism leaflets. But there is much more than that, as a second cabin also offers armchairs, soft lighting and a cd player, whilst the well equipped kitchenette cabin means you are totally self sufficient with a hotplate, toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge, plus all your crockery and cutlery. It really is home from home. This is all set in a secluded patio area at the end of the long garden, and features sun loungers, patio tables and chairs, lovely planting and even a tropical fish pond. It really is an idyllic, tranquil spot, with free on site parking, and just a very short hop into Margate But the very best bit about the cosy cabin are your hosts, John and Julie. They are just such warm, welcoming and lovely people. Genuinely helpful and friendly...nothing is too much trouble, they even gave us some cuttings from the garden when we said how much we liked some flowers. And Julie's breakfasts are to die for. Especially the scrambled or poached eggs on toast. We were in Margate for a lovely, joyful family occasion, to meet our new 2 day old baby granddaughter, and we will be going back there regularly in the months and years ahead. We would certainly have no hesitation in staying at the Cosy Cabin again, and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a comfortable, clean, relaxing, and slightly quirky place to stay. For us, it was a novel refreshing change from a traditional hotel, and John and Julie made us feel more like personal friends than paying guests. Well done the delightful cosy cabin !

We honestly couldn't fault anything

The delightful hosts picked me up from Margate Station. I was given a full tour of the facilities on arrival and instructed to " just ask " about if I needed anything. Everything was so cosy and just what I was looking for. I was told where to pick up the loop bus to get into town, Broadstairs or Ramsgate. I made use of that service. Also not too far from beautiful beach walks..

Exactly what it said, delightful cosy cabin. But extra cabins too. Very secluded. John and Julie were lovely, welcoming and very helpful. Exceptionally clean and everything you need. Would stay again if in the area. Thank you both so much x

The location was great, the cabin was cosy and very clean. The facilities were amazing. Kitchen has everything you need! We could use the pool- we had a lot of fun! The owners John and Julie were amazing! Such warm, caring and nice people.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
