Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about this place

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the situation when I went to this campsite, we had booked a separate house with all the extras, but when we arrived we were told there were no houses available and were given beds in a common house in small room of about 8m2. Unfortunately the staff did not consider it necessary to reducing the price, they said if you don't like what we have to offer then you can leave. We had to stay because we were traveling with the kids and we were all tired after the long journey.
