Property Notes

Please note that no crockery and utensils are provided and guests are required to bring their own while staying in the eco pods. Pets are welcomed inside lodges at additional charge of GBP 25 per dog per stay. Currently, due to a local licensing restriction we are unable to accepts pets in our camping pods. Gas and Electricity cost for lodge guests are calculated by yard readings and charged as extras. Camping Pod guests are required to purchase electricity card onsite at GBP 1 per card, and cost is depending on usage. Please note that guests staying in eco pods need to bring their own sleeping bags/duvets. Bedding is not provided. Please contact the property prior to your arrival for any additional guests/changes. Please be advised that pods 15 – 22 are located 820 feet to the closest toilet/shower and communal kitchen building, and 1312 feet to the main toilet/shower facilities.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

10/10 for the location, it was perfect. There are many trails which you can take and enjoy the long walk into the forest.

Nice location.

One kitchen space between all pods. Other 1 was locked. Had to pay for electricity which we did not know before. Showers cold water. No one to talk to at reception both on arrival and when we left. Door didn't lock.. jey wasn't working to leave anything in pod.

"Fun, relaxing and a beautiful place to be."

The Pod and facilities were very clean. The staff were very friendly. The kids had plenty of space to play, they loved the climbing rope structure ( they called it the spiders web) and the bike track. The walks on site and the surrounding countryside were beautiful. It was a lovey relaxing break.

Can’t think of anything that could have been better.

There were no staff. I had received no communication prior to my visit (I was told I would receive instructions in the event I was unable to check-in during their narrow 4-5pm window for doing so. The place was completely deserted when I arrived shortly after 5pm, so I left (I had no other option) and checked into the Cairngorm Hotel in Aviemore, which was fine.
