An advance payment of 50% of the total value of the reservation must be made to the property in order to guarantee the reservation. This advance payment can only be sent by bank transfer to the property. Please note that the other 50% of the payment can be paid directly at the property at the time of check in. Please note that, as well as in the property rules, it is stipulated that no parties or events can be held, the use of gunpowder is completely forbidden. In case you wish to bring a pet to the property, this must be previously discussed with the property to stipulate the price to be paid for the accommodations of the pet. The approximate value of this fee is COP $70.000.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
