The Mook Mollymook

Bed was good and grounds were clean but overall experience was poor. Given a cabin that was not on the listing and then had to explain why we wanted another apratmement.

Did not get what we paid for and was "snookered' into a mould ridden un safe apartment. Staff dismissive and was made out to be the problem. Not good.

Location was great, the caravan park was clean and accessible.

ripped couch wasn't a good look - also needs a good steam clean. the curtains in the kids room need to be updated and airconditioning or a fan installed as the room was stuffy

Great Location 5 mins walk to Mollymook beach. Great little town :D

Cleanliness in the cabin could help as personally we have allergy reaction with dust. However, we prepared our own dyson vaccum cleaner that help us during our stay.

My children had extreme dust hay fever and skin itchiness the entire time we spent any time in the cabin, due to the mattresses and timber slats in the bunks, in which forced us to remove the mattresses and put them in the main room for some relief and comfort. This then exposed further levels of excessive piles of dust, fleas and mattress that looked like they had been eaten by dogs. With a numbers of spiders (white tails). We were itchy and completely had our holiday ruined throughout. Not to mention the poor effort made by the staff and cleaners in vacuuming only 1 window seal when the numerous cobwebs and spiders were advised to them. The remainder of the cabin was left with the webs, spiders and excessive dust causing trips to the chemist for relief. Our stay was grossly disappointing and completely unhygienically inadequate. Pest control is severely below trading standards. Something that needs to be reported to the health department, Safe Work, the local council and fair trading NSW. I am still waiting to hear from the owner following my email detailing our stay and photos.

My wife had some sort of allergies in the carpeted room.
