Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that linen, towels, TV, baby bed, baby bath and high chair can be rented on site, for a supplement. For more information about the rental costs, please contact the property directly. Only 1 pet is allowed per accommodation for an extra fee of EUR 5 per night. 1st class and 2nd class dogs are not accepted. The vaccination record must be presented on arrival. Please note that the maximum occupancy includes babies. In case of early or late check-in and check-out, guests must contact the property beforehand.
