Staff, they are very nice and attentive. Live music is also an extra. The view and the location is without any doubt the best of the place.

The place is good, but need some maintenance, when we got into the room the bathroom was not clean enough. The soap dispenser was broken, towels in very bad condition and stained. The exit is an unpaved road, we have a small car and this is not very convenient, specially when there is a road shared with other cars

Overall it was a great stay. Beautiful grounds, very cool accommodations. Dinner was limited options but delicious. There is a great view over the city from the restaurant. I loved listening to the sounds of the forest at night! It was quite cold but they had a space heater in the room which made it cozy. The staff didn't speak English, and they were very patient with me and we figured everything out. They even helped me organize a taxi to get to the airport early in the morning.

Call for directions - I had an uber from the airport and both google and the uber app lead us to impassable dirt roads, having to turn around three times and ended up asking for directions. The rural location is part of the charm of the place but google maps doesn't know how to get you there.

Nos intoxicamos con la comida. 100% seguros de que fue allá porque no comimos juntos en el mismo lugar....y la experiencia empeora porque quitan el agua de noche. El jacuzzi nunca calentó lo suficiente, aún dejándolo el tiempo indicado por el host para que calentara.

El personal, con excelente actitud de servicio, la cantidad y calidad de la comida, excelente, sin embargo lo más positivo fue el grupo musical que amenizó la noche
