Generally everything was ok, the room was warm enough. The building itself is historic and the stone ladder leading to the upper floor adds some mysterious atmosphere. Elena the hostess is friendly and willing to help. The location is perfect. It was quiet and comfortable to sleep. Will recommend further.

There is no elevator, but it is explainable because of the age of the building. The hostess offered her help with the luggage. It is polite from her side.

The host was very responsive and my short stay there was pleasant. I slept well, no disturbances and for what i needed it was ok. There's even a small terrace/balcony for smoking or stargazing, which is a great thing to have. But it is quite cheap, and super-well placed in the city. Great for cost-minded students, not too picky about amenities and especially great for the summer.

The building is still under development, but that's not such a big deal. The plug-in heater they provided was missing a wheel and didn't actually fit the plug in the room so the temperature was fairly cold since it was November.

Near old city center and close to the beach, very friendly staff.

The bed is not comfortable, the door in the bathroom didn’t close, the birds are living on the roof and they are really loud. There is no air conditioning.

The location was convenient for me and the overall conditions very good.
