This was not just a vacation but also a journey to restore balance in my health and spirit. I especially loved the warm hospitality and enthusiasm of the staff, who made me feel right at home. I will definitely return to experience more of the amazing things this place has to offer!

Recently, my wife, sons and I had an amazing getaway at Viet Mekong Farmstay. We were greeted by the fresh air and the beautiful ecological surroundings. Everything was meticulously taken care of, from the lush green gardens and spotless walkways to the warm and cozy common areas. We especially appreciate how they practice sustainable tourism – focusing on saving energy and working toward a Net Zero goal in the future. It’s wonderful to see a resort that genuinely cares about the environment! Aside from the beautiful natural setting, the staff members at the farmstay were a major highlight of our trip. They were friendly and went above and beyond to help us, from making our room reservation to seeing us off when we left. They even assisted us in booking a bus ride to get there, and arranged taxi services for our other trips around the Mekong Delta. Thanks to their support, we were able to enjoy our journey without worrying too much about transportation. We can’t forget to mention the food at Viet Mekong Farmstay. All the dishes here feature local flavors and are prepared with chemical-free ingredients, free of preservatives. From the tangy sour soups and caramelized fish in clay pots to the fresh vegetables and fruits, every bite was flavorful. A delightful highlight that made our vacation even more memorable was when our son got to play with a friendly water buffalo – a beloved companion of local farmers. All of these experiences combined to create an unforgettable stay at Viet Mekong Farmstay. "A Wonderful Experience in the Heart of the Mekong Delta!" I recently spent 2 days and 1 night at Viet Mekong Farmstay, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. Right from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the lush greenery, the fresh air, and the warm hospitality of the staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a cozy, rustic feel that made me instantly relax. Each morning, I woke up to the peaceful view of the river and vast rice fields, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere so characteristic of the Mekong Delta. I especially enjoyed the food prepared by the farmstay, from hearty breakfasts with sticky rice and fried eggs to traditional dishes like caramelized fish, “lau mam” (fermented fish hot pot), and fresh local vegetables picked from their own garden. Everything was packed with authentic local flavors that made my stay truly memorable. One of the most delightful parts of my visit was the variety of farm activities. I had a chance to interact with the friendly water buffaloes, which was both unique and fun—you can even help bathe and feed them! Picking lotus and water lilies in the nearby ponds was a peaceful and beautiful experience, allowing me to fully appreciate the local landscape. I also learned to make “bánh dân gian,” traditional Vietnamese folk cakes, which was a wonderful opportunity to explore the local culture in a hands-on way. The staff at Viet Mekong Farmstay were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, always ready with travel tips and interesting stories about the region. We had the best time at this Farmstay. The family was open to help us from the start, they even booked our buses. Diu was a great host, very patient, loving and fun. He explained a lot about traditional Vietnamese Culture and practices. He was very proud about the way they lived. The gastronomical experience Is very interesting and complete! I would have preferred to spend more time with the family than going to the National park, because although it Is pretty, the motor on the boat Is really loud.

Perfect in every way!

We had such a lovely stay in Farmstay 💚 Our small House was super cute with outdoor bathroom, all clean. Food directly from farm was delicious. Our host was super helpfull, always available and easy to comunícate with vía WhatsApp. He arranged us a transport and a trip to Tram Chim park.

It would be great to have some hammock or chair to chill next to house.
