8 Berth on Sealands Everglade III

Location was excellant, close to facolities and beach. Caravan site was clean and quiet. Caravan was clean and comfotable and would recommend to my family and friends.would definitely book this caravan again. Ellen Ball

Nothing I did not like had a great holiday

The location as the rest of the family was staying on the site also. We didn't end up staying in this van as there was an electrical issue so we moved on site to a 2 bedroom rather than a 3 as we didn't want to move to another site so we decided to move to a 2 bed instead as it was getting late and wanted to get the kids settled. Cant fault the owners they did keep in contact with us and got us moved quiet quickly that day.

The space in the van was the only issue with it being 2 bedrooms and 2 adults and 3 kids it was a small van and was quiet cramped I ended up on the sofa but we did know what to expect and we couldn't complain regarding how quick the owners got us sorted with a replacement van so all in all was ok we were just happy to relax. I was quite surprised I was charged the same price for the 2 bedroom van as I paid for the 3, I was refunded my deposit no problem however no goodwill gesture was made regarding the fact we moved from a 3 bed to a 2 and I do understand that we were offered a 3 bedroom on another site however when you pay for a particular site you don't want to move from that site. Anyway, all in all i booked through booking.com for the first time, it will be my last time as I will book directly through mcnevin family caravans as booking.com charged me more than their site. We still made the most of the holiday, and we all had a good time it definitely hasn't put me off booking again, sealands is our family site and we always return to that site.

Close to amenities, good location. A little dated but otherwise ok for the money I paid and we wasn’t in the caravan much to be fair

The mattress are dirty and old with one of child's mattress going black in a corner , you cant see this from the photos as the beds have bedding on them ,door handles are going rusty and a couple of them pull off the door when you go to open them Smells damp Enamel peeling off round the cooker knobs Can't comment on anything else as we pretty much walked straight out Emailed and message the owner to say we wouldn't be staying and why and asked if our £75 damage deposit could be sent straight back as we had to find somewhere else and pay again , but no response Found another van for £20 more than what we paid for this one and it was lovely Really bad experience here that spoilt a little break away with the grandchildren Renter beware

The location was excellent. 2 minutes from the beach and a cafe. The accommodation was very comfortable and peaceful with more than enough room for a 7 person family.

It was exactly how it was supposed to be if not more
