Location great, near the beach and activities - swimming pool etc.

The chalet could definitely have been cleaner. Under the beds were super dusty, something had been spilled on the sofa and not cleaned, cutlery and cups not the cleanest. More information required in welcome email or even in-chalet booklet (wasn't one) on hot water, shower and oven switches and their locations. Wifi would be good (although didn't bother me too much - more for the kids) as reception was patchy.

I wasn't informed about the check in process at the Haven holiday park. They knew nothing about my arrival. The owner should have made it clear that the chalet was a private property and not part of the park. There was a swimming pool, but I had to pay for it separately.

The chalet was nice and very well kitted out, clean and comfortable. Great value for the price. The sandunes and beach at Haven/Perranporth are amazing. The on site facilities are good but the pool, disco and main bar are not available if you don't book through Haven.

The site is nice and spread out but the private challet areas are rather neglected and not great but we only slept there so not a problem for us.

We loved every single minute of our stay here, gutted that we need to go! The chalet is nice and cosy, has everything what you need. Placed in a perfect spot- not to close to all amenities so is quiet in the evening but close enough to have a pizza dropped off to your door. The whole park again had enough activities to keep the kids busy when we didn't fancy exploring and traveling Highly recommended! We will definitely try to come back
