Bathroom had a good shower, bed was ok, outdoor kitchen very good

Although we held the door closed there were lots of moskitos in the caravan. Caravan was hot and stuffy even though all the windows were open. The vent helped only little. There was a strange malodour in the caravan which added to our discomfort.

The location was lovely and peaceful. Handy for visiting our friends and the beaches. Alice is a delightful setup. The deck & outdoor kitchen add a lot of nice space.

Alice could benefit from a screen between the shower & toilet so that the loo doesn't get wet when someone is showering. Some information about poor tv reception would have been handy to know beforehand.

We just needed a one night stopover at Crescent Head and found the price was suitable. Although a little way out of town meant we drove in to have dinner and meet friends it was still convenient. We loved the general privacy and all the extra additions including an amazing bathroom, great decor, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, great deck, cleanliness, quite roomy and well set up. Owners live on the property in the house above and indicated they were very welcome to assist in any way. We would have enjoyed staying another night to make use of the outdoor kitchen, bathtub and firepit.

It was quite close to the road so that was a bit distracting as otherwise it was a very peaceful location. the little hump to drive into the property was quite high and we were driving a standard Camry which scraped the bottom each time. It was okay but might need to be graded down a bit. A little bit of trouble with the key not locking but the owners were already onto sorting that out.

The location was lovely. The bed was comfy especially the pillows. I liked how the canvas annexe was incorporated in to the decor. Great colours.

There was no heating and no bath towel. There could be a reflector on the rock at the entry. The TV didn't work and I was scared of the coffee machine - no instructions.
