Bonjour. Nous avons rencontré un problème lors de la nuit dans cet hébergement. Il y avait des crottes de rats ou souris avec une forte odeur d'excréments. Le ménage n'avait pas été fait. Tout était sale. Frigo, plaques,sols.Il y avait pleins de bêtes dans le logement. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit. Notre fille est venue avec nous dans le lit car elle n'était pas tranquille. A ce propos. Je vous demande le remboursement de cette nuitée. J'ai fait des photos que je peux vous envoyer.

Tout. Principalement la saleté et avoir des excréments de rats ou souris.
