Puiki vieta Karklėje, tinkama ramiam poilsiui. Iki jūros vos apie 13 minučių pėsčiomis. Tarp namukų išlaikyti pakankami atstumai, todėl užtikrinamas privatumas ir nesijaučia kaimynų artumas. Namelyje įrengtas kondicionierius puikiai palaiko komfortišką temperatūrą net karštomis dienomis. Aplinka tvarkinga, rami ir jauki

Nameliai jau prašosi remonto – daug kur matomi nusidėvėjimo požymiai, kurie mažina bendrą įspūdį. Terasa ir jos baldai (stalas bei kėdės) taip pat yra nusidėvėję ir galėtų būti atnaujinti. Nustebino tai, kad iš namuko nėra tiesioginio išėjimo į terasą, todėl norint ja pasinaudoti tenka eiti aplink, kas nėra labai patogu. Namelyje taip pat trūksta kai kurių šiais laikais jau įprastų patogumų: vyno taurių, cukraus, kavos ar kavos aparato ( kapsulinio tipo). Dėl šių smulkmenų viešnagė buvo mažiau komfortiška, nei tikėtasi pagal aprašymą ir kainą.
